Environmental labelling for packaging

Following the entry into force of Legislative Decree 116/2020 (CONSOLIDATED ENVIRONMENTAL LAW) which implements EU Directive 2018/851 on waste and Directive (EU) 2018/852 on packaging and packaging waste, La Doppia A has taken steps to comply with these provisions by identifying them.

Although this activity mainly concerns packaging intended for B2C, producers of packaging intended for the B2B channel are still required to indicate the nature of the materials used for packaging so as to correctly inform those who are required to provide labelling for the end user.
