“La Doppia A” was established in 1986 as a one-man craft company, whose owner, Mr. Aldo Aimonetto, has 40 years of experience in injection molding and assembly of plastic materials.
Over the years, the machinery fleet has increased from 1 injection molding machine to 13 machines with capacity ranging from 65 tons up to 1650 tons.
The number of customers has been steadily increasing throughout the years. In order to meet the ever-increasing demand, we have diversified the type of work in the different sectors with the main goal of guaranteeing high quality of the finished product.
La Doppia A has a work island for pad printing applications on printed parts.
To meet customer demands and improve the production system, the machinery used is constantly replaced. The company boasts a fleet of technologically advanced machines to constantly improve the quality of the product, increase productivity, and guarantee adequate production times to the end customer.
The company covers a total area of 12000 square meters, of which 7000 are dedicated to production and 5000 to the warehouse. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art electrical, water, thermal, and fire protection systems that comply with new safety regulations.
Our main goal is product quality, which is obtained by means of continuous improvement and control over the production process. We are certified according to environmental standards UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 (since 2006) and UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 (since 2019).

Our machines are equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation such as:
- robotic work islands
- nitrogen purging systems
- hot chamber temperature internal control system
- plastic grinder on board
- magnetic clamping plates for quick mold changes
- dehumidifier
- hot water conditioning control unit
To complete the press department, La Doppia A is equipped with several hot chamber control units for mold heating, closed circuit control units for hot water (up to 140° C), and two shutter control units for hydraulic/pneumatic nozzles for sequential molding (up to 16 points).
The company also owns:
- mechanical department suitable for minor maintenance work on equipment and machinery;
- work island for six-colour pad printing;
- assembly area equipped with a 500W ultrasonic welding machine.
- mobile robotic island to operate presses up to 200 tons consisting of anthropomorphic robot (UR) and SICK machine vision system
For the handling of packaging, finished products and equipment, and for the delivery of finished products (in addition to two couriers) we employ our own self-propelled vehicles:
- CASELLA bridge crane, 10+5 tons;
- CASELLA bridge crane, 25+12.5 tons;
- LUGLI forklift, capacity 6000 kg;
- NISSAN forklift, capacity 4000 kg;
- LINDE forklift, capacity 2000 kg;
- NISSAN forklift, capacity 1800 kg;
- IVECO DAILY 50C15 truck with 5 meters loading area (used for urgent deliveries);
- RENAULT truck with engine D180 ptt and loading area of 9400mm x 2550mm
- FIAT DOBLO’ cargo type vehicle (used for urgent deliveries).
Various types of thermoplastic resins are used for injection molding, including:
- Polypropylene PP (Moplen) OMO and COPO filled with glass fiber, talc, mineral, EPDM, mixed;
- Low or high-density polyethylene PE;
- Normal, heat-resistant, aesthetic and V0 ABS and ABS+PC alloys (Byblend);
- Glass-filled and non-glass-filled nylon PA type 6 and 66;
- EVA;
- Thermoplastic elastomers TPE;
- PSU;
For scrap recovery, we employ grinders both on board the machine and in a dedicated recycling department.
Thanks to this equipment, we can reuse up to 96% of the scrap material.
